  • POEM: What Makes One A Wandering Soul? by Ellen Ni Bheachain (8/3/2020 12:39:00 PM)

I think to know yourself is the hardest thing. I can approach knowledge of self from thoughts and acts, but I can't acquire a whole complete picture in that way. Maybe some can, but I can't. So I am continually surprised looking in retrospect at my actions and words. For me, I need to live a long time to gain a fuller understanding, but of course more time is guaranteed to no one.

  • POEM: You Are A Star by Ellen Ni Bheachain (8/3/2020 12:37:00 PM)

I love all the star reference language in this poem. That we are made from shockingly lovely and unexpected.

  • POEM: Days Without Mom by Smoky Hoss (5/20/2020 4:57:00 PM)

Sorry you are writing your poem about such a sad time. But I know your mother wouldn't want you grieving a lot for her absence because she loved you. So grieve some yes, and then celebrate how wonderful it was when you were together and that she was your mother. Take care Mr. Smoky Hoss.
